This is AO here coming to you from Atlanta Georgia currently. This is the first blog entry of many to come as I share more of my personal side to what led me to a mentor, life coach and skills trainer. Here I will share my thoughts, opinions and advice with the foundation around basketball and my experiences from grade school dreams to putting on an NBA jersey for the first time before media day for the Sacramento Kings and everything it took for me to get there. Being from a small town and having huge dreams takes an insane amount of focus and long term consistency with an extraordinary outlook on your big picture. It has to be taught to an eager pupil.
